WHY WE DO IT
It's not because we're brilliant.Curiosity. Unending, insatiable curiosity. The currency is knowledge and understanding. Often we are asked if we are computer super geniuses. The answer is always no. We were just curious. We wanted to know how the world works. The computer was our gateway to the world. It allowed us nearly unlimited room to explore. We could play in a virtual world, quickly find information and educate ourselves on anything we could imagine, and more and more. There was an endless landscape of possibilities and the only limits were ourselves. This is the future we want to leave for all generations. This is the world we want to grow.
This business is an effort to encourage other people to find the same joy in learning. We want people to feel imaginative and creative, and to feel fluent in their ability to express their ideas. The tools available today and the tools available tomorrow come and go so quickly that guides are needed. The shifting sands of our cumulative knowledge keep us all lost. Some know what is out there better than others. Many make it their trade to be a guide. We'd do it for free if we could. We simply want to see what's out there.
